November 29, 2011:

We are feverishly working on a new release of Canine Training Tracker.  This new product will be web-based, so it will be accessible from virtually any internet-connected computer.  The layout will be designed so if you have a tablet computer, laptop, etc., you will be able to enter information right at the customer site.  We cannot release specific details about features and options, but we are VERY excited!  

All currently registered users of our Windows-based Canine Training Tracker will receive a free year of service (some restrictions may apply).  Any clients who purchase a new license to use our existing Canine Training Tracker will automatically get 18 months of service!  Pet Tech Services will be contacting existing clients very soon on how to utilize this new service.  Please stay tuned for our upcoming announcement.

Our latest version, 1.1, is now available for download!  We are excited to introduce several new and exciting features:

* Appointment Tracking

Track upcoming appointments, whether related to a client, or for personal tasks, including a location.  To make it even more convenient, you can click a link in the window to bring up directions to your appointment!  The location field is automatically filled in with a client's address, if a client is selected.

* Reports/Printing

We have introduced a basic reporting engine that will allow you to print client information, and client contact lists.  Users have the ability to modify the existing reports, and a report designer will be included very soon, with no added cost so end-users can create their OWN reports!

* Database backup utility

* Updated error reporting system allows Pet Tech Services to be notified of errors

* Certification tracking on a client-by-client basis

* Track identifiers to maintain number of hours for professional certifications, etc

* Hour tracking for appointments and sessions

* Various bug fixes and other minor enhancements

June 11, 2010:

Canine Training Tracker v1.1 is on the cusp of being released!  Very shortly, our next release will be available to current customers.  What are the new updates available, you ask? 

* Appointment Book - you will be able to track upcoming appointments, location, link to a driving direction map, and more

* Reports - numerous reports will now be available, from being to print client demographic information, activities, appointments, hours spent training, etc.

* GREAT FEATURE:  We will also be including a FREE report designer for clients to create their own printed reports!

* Microsoft Outlook Contacts Import - Store your current clients in Outlook?  No problem, we have a program available to import them immediately!

* Various other features and enhancements.  Our 1.2 release will include items such as Quickbooks interface, billing feature for services and products, and more!
